Appointments
Cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session, deposit, and refund rules are disclosed in the applicable written agreement or order. A purchaser should review those terms before payment or confirmation.
Credit-related services
This website does not activate or accept payment for a credit-repair agreement. Any separately contracted credit-related service is governed by its signed agreement, applicable federal and state requirements, required disclosures, cancellation rights, and restrictions on advance payment.

Send the purchaser name, offer, order date, and a non-sensitive summary through the contact page. Do not send payment card data or identity documents by ordinary email.
