The Ask Rick AI assistant helps visitors find pages and understand general website topics. The current version uses a limited rules-based knowledge set in the browser. It does not access a credit report, lender system, bank account, or client file.
Voice input
On supported browsers, visitors may use the microphone button to convert speech to text. Browser and device providers control speech-recognition availability and may process audio under their own terms. Voice input is optional, and typed input remains available.
Not allowed
- No automated legal, lending, investment, employment, housing, or credit eligibility decision
- No request for passwords, Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, or identity documents
- No promise of credit, funding, revenue, or wealth outcomes
- No impersonation of a licensed professional or government agency
